Services
We offer customized printing products including, but not limited to, t-shirts, mugs, posters, and other personalized items. All products are made to order based on the designs and specifications provided by you, the customer.
Ordering and Payment
-Order Placement :- Orders can be placed through our website or via direct contact. Please ensure all details and designs are correct before finalizing your order.
- Payment :- Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept Razorpay as our payment partner.
- Order Confirmation :- You will receive an order confirmation via email / Whatsapp / sms once the payment is processed.
Customization and Design
- Design Approval :- We will provide a digital proof of your design for approval before printing. Please review and approve promptly.
- Intellectual Property :- By submitting a design, you confirm that you own the rights to the design or have obtained permission to use it. We are not responsible for any copyright infringements.
Production and Shipping
- Production Time :- Standard production time is 5 days from the date of design approval. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
- Shipping :- We offer Delhivery, XpressBees, Ekart, Ecom Express and so on. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method chosen.
- Shipping Costs :- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Refunds
- Customized Products :- Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
- Defective Products :- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of receipt with details and photos / Videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
