Custom Products :- All sales of custom products are final. Since these products are made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases where the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

Defective or Incorrect Products :- 

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

Non-Custom Products :- For non-custom products, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns will be the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
